We currently deliver to all cities within Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan.

Order Processing & Shipping Time
Order Processing: 1–3 business days (from order confirmation until it is handed over to the shipping company).
Shipping Time: 3–7 business days depending on the destination city and country.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a Tracking Number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Shipping Delays or Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and may compensate you with either free shipping on your next order or a partial refund of the shipping fee.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. However, we understand that every skin type is unique, and occasionally a product may not be suitable for you.

Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any product whose original seal has been opened or that has been used, even once, unless the product has a clear manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping Costs

Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
You will receive an email notification once the refund has been completed.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
Before Shipment
You may cancel your order free of charge within 6 hours of placing it.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. However, you may receive the order and then return it in accordance with the Return & Exchange Policy above.
